    Product description

    The type IN molten urea centrifugal pump is suitable for the supply and drainage of industrial and urban water, and can also be used for agricultural irrigation and drainage. It is used to transport clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, with a transported liquid temperature of -20℃ to 180℃ and a permitted inlet pressure of 0.6MPa. It is suitable for transporting molten urea solution in fertilizer plants, and can also be used to transport other corrosive liquids without suspended particles.

    　　The main parts of the type IN molten urea pump include pump body, impeller, sealing ring, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing components, intermediate support, shaft, and suspension.

    　　The structural feature of the type IN molten urea pump is: the pump cover is fixed to the intermediate support by a stop, then the pump body is connected to the stop of the intermediate support to tighten the cover in the middle. The pump body has axial suction and radial discharge, with base support, and can be directly fixed to the base. The suspension is fixed to the intermediate support by a stop and rests on the base with a suspension support. During maintenance, it is not necessary to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipes, the pump body, or the motor; only the intermediate connection piece of the elongated coupling needs to be disassembled to remove the rotor for maintenance.

    　　The pump is installed horizontally, with horizontal axial suction and radial discharge upwards. The structure is suspended, allowing the rotor to be removed for maintenance without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipes. The pump is connected to the motor via a common or elongated elastic coupling, and the shaft seal uses soft packing. The bearing is a single-row ball bearing and centered, lubricated with oil.

Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
