    　　This series of Sailong guide bearings is suitable for vertical diagonal flow pumps of types TKX(S), LKX(S), LBX(S), vertical diagonal flow pumps of types ZLB, ZLG, and large horizontal and vertical pumps of types ZWB, ZXB. The water guide bearing is a key component in large pumps, supporting the radial force of the rotating parts of the pump and stabilizing the impeller rotation. If the water guide bearing wears out or is excessively damaged, it can cause an increase in the unit shaft oscillation, intensify vibrations, and even cause blade contact accidents with the casing. According to research, most pump operational failures are due to failures in the water guide bearing. Therefore, the water guide bearing is the main factor controlling the reliability, service life, and planned maintenance cycle of the pump.

    　　Sailong bearings outperform traditional bearing materials, including copper, Babbitt alloy, nylon, cast iron, bakelite, ironwood, carbon, amino polymers, and laminates.     　　The dry friction coefficient of Sailong bearings is half that of common water-lubricated bearings. Sailong's low friction is also wear-resistant, reduces starting torque, and eliminates the main cause of adhesive wear.

    　　2. Long service life and high wear resistance

    　　Due to the elastic properties of Sailong bearings, when friction particles enter the bearing, they are pressed into the Sailong material and then, thanks to elasticity, detach with the shaft bearing and are expelled into the water channel, preventing them from getting trapped and forming another source of friction. Therefore, wear on the bearing and shaft is minimized.

    　　3. Dry start

    　　Sailong guide bearings can operate dry for a certain period, approximately 1-2 minutes, without prior water lubrication. If pumping is interrupted, the bearing will not be damaged. By converting a sealed and forced oil-lubricated bearing into a Sailong water-lubricated system, damage to the bearing caused by lubrication system failures can be largely avoided.

Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details.     There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
