Product Description Product Specifications Why Choose Us? FAQ
The oil cup is used for the breakdown voltage test of insulating oil such as transformer oil and switch oil, and is divided into two types: ceramic and acrylic.

The function of the constant level oil cup is to maintain a constant level of lubricating oil inside the bearing housing.

The simplified structural diagram of the constant level oil cup is as follows; the position of the inclined surface is very critical for the constant level oil cup, and the working oil level point formed is the oil level in the normal working state. Some constant level oil cups do not have a special vent hole, but all must ensure that the top of the inclined surface is in free communication with the atmosphere.

The following image shows the normal working state of the constant level oil cup. In the theoretical design, the working oil level point and the design oil level are the same. The initial amount of oil inside the constant level oil cup is generally maintained at 2/3 of the entire cup. The liquid level inside the constant level oil cup is higher than the liquid level inside the bearing housing and can maintain a certain level due to the communicating vessel principle, and the gas pressure inside the oil cup is lower than the external atmospheric pressure.

The following image shows the refilling state of the constant level oil cup. When the lubricating oil inside the bearing housing is lost for various reasons and the oil level inside the housing drops, due to the communicating vessel principle, the oil level on the inclined surface of the constant level oil cup drops below the working oil level point, causing the pressure balance of the oil inside the constant level oil cup to be broken. The lubricating oil flows from the constant level oil cup to the bearing housing, and external gas enters the constant level oil cup through the upper end of the inclined surface under atmospheric pressure until the lubricating oil level is restored to the working oil level point, at which point the refilling ends.

    FAQ

    Q

What products do you mainly produce?

    A

Zoomlion Pump Industry manufactures various large industrial centrifugal pumps. The main products include: self-balancing multistage pumps, multistage centrifugal pumps, single-stage centrifugal pumps, split-case pumps, chemical pumps, submersible pumps, pipeline pumps, long-shaft pumps, condenser pumps, and more.

    Q

Can you help me choose a model?

    A

Of course! If the water pump model is not selected accurately, it can cause significant problems. After you take it back, it might be either too small to meet the usage requirements or too large, resulting in higher electricity and fuel costs, increasing the operating expenses.

    Q

Why is the price quotation so slow?

    A

Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    Q

What information should I provide when I need a quote?

    A

Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Q

Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    A

There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

    Q

What is your usual delivery time?

    A

Models in stock can be shipped by the next day at the latest. Others are custom-made, and depending on the product size and specific project conditions, the delivery time is generally between 7-90 days. Please consult our sales manager for details: 0731-88632200
