Overview of the bearing:
The bearing is a related accessory designed by Changsha Multi-stage Zhonglian Pump Industry Co., Ltd. according to the pump. This bearing is strictly controlled in terms of process and precision. During operation, the stainless steel bearing runs stably, with low noise and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in various types of water pump products.
Bearing parts:
1. Bearing parts: one of the parts that make up the roller bearing, but does not include all accessories.
2. Bearing ring: annular part of the centrifugal bearing with one or more raceways.
3. Bearing washer: annular part of the thrust bearing with one or more raceways.
4. Flat stop ring: a basically flat and separable washer, which uses its inner or outer part as a stop for the outer or inner ring of the centrifugal cylindrical roller bearing.
5. Inclined stop ring (separable): a separable ring with an "L" shaped cross-section, which uses its outer part as a stop for the inner ring of the centrifugal cylindrical roller bearing.
6. Intermediate ring: a separable ring inside a roller bearing with two or more rows of rollers, used to separate and guide the two rows of rollers.
7. Retaining ring: single-lip ring with constant cross-section, installed in an annular groove to axially position the bearing within the housing or on the shaft.
8. Locking ring: single-lip ring with constant cross-section, installed in an annular groove as a stop to keep the rollers or cage inside the bearing.
9. Separator: annular part used between two bearing rings or bearing washers, or between two half rings of the bearing or washers, to maintain the specified axial distance between them.
10. Sealing ring: annular cover composed of one or more pieces, fixed on a bearing ring or washer and in contact with or forming a tight labyrinth groove with another ring or washer, to prevent lubricant leakage and contaminant entry.
11. Dust cover: annular cover, generally stamped from a thin metal sheet, fixed on a bearing ring or washer and extended towards another ring or washer, covering the inner space of the bearing without contact with the other ring or washer.
12. Protective ring: part fixed to the inner ring or shaft ring, which uses centrifugal force to improve the bearing's ability to prevent contaminant entry.
13. Rolling element: balls or rollers that roll between the raceways.
14. Cage: bearing part that partially or fully encloses some or all rolling elements and moves with them, used to separate the rolling elements and generally also to guide and keep them within the bearing.
