    Product Overview

    The IHG-type vertical chemical pipeline pump adopts the performance parameters of the IS-type centrifugal pump, featuring an advanced hydraulic model and designed and manufactured according to the international ISO2858 standard. It boasts advantages such as high efficiency, energy savings, low noise, zero leakage, and convenient installation and operation. Depending on the operating temperature and the type of medium, it has evolved into a series of products—including IRG, IHG, and YG—suitable for hot water, corrosive media, and petrochemical products. 
     

    　　The IHG-type corrosion-resistant pipeline pump motors with a power rating of 30 kW or higher are designed in two configurations: direct-coupled and easily disassembled. The easily disassembled design allows the pump rotor to be removed without moving the motor or pump housing, significantly reducing maintenance costs and labor intensity.

    　　The IHG-type chemical process pump is designed for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, making it suitable for industrial and municipal water supply and drainage systems, boosting water pressure in high-rise buildings, irrigation and sprinkler systems in landscaping, fire protection boosting, long-distance liquid transportation, HVAC and refrigeration circulation systems, as well as circulating and pressurizing hot and cold water in bathrooms and other applications. The pump operates at temperatures up to T < 80°C.

           IHG Type Vertical Chemical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump: Parameter Range and Model Description

    　　Inlet pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system ≤ 1.6 MPa—specifically, the sum of the pump inlet pressure and pump head must not exceed 1.6 MPa. The pump's hydrostatic test pressure is set at 2.5 MPa. When ordering, please specify the system's working pressure. If the pump system's working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, this should be explicitly stated at the time of order, ensuring that the pump's flow passages and connecting components are made from cast steel during manufacturing.

    　　Chemical process pump: Ambient temperature <40℃, relative humidity <95%.

    　　The corrosion-resistant pipeline pump is designed to handle media containing solid particles with a volume content of no more than 0.1% per unit volume, and particle sizes smaller than 0.2 mm.

    　　Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please specify when placing your order so the manufacturer can equip it with a wear-resistant mechanical seal.

    　　The IHG-type corrosion-resistant pipeline pump features a vertical design, with inlet and outlet ports of the same diameter aligned on the same central axis. It can be installed directly into pipelines like a valve, boasting a compact and elegant appearance, minimal footprint, and low initial construction costs. Additionally, when equipped with a protective cover, it can even be used outdoors.

    　　The impeller is directly mounted on the motor’s extended shaft, resulting in a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are arranged rationally, effectively balancing both the radial and axial loads generated during pump operation. This ensures smooth pump performance, minimal vibration, and low noise levels.

    　　The shaft seal employs either a mechanical seal or a mechanical seal combination, utilizing imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature-resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for exceptional wear resistance, effectively extending the service life of the mechanical seal.

    　　Installation and maintenance are convenient—no need to disassemble the pipeline system; simply remove the pump coupling base nut to extract the entire rotor assembly.

    　　The pump can be operated in series or parallel configurations based on usage requirements, such as flow rate and head demands.

    　　The pump can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirements of the piping layout.

Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used.     Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details.     There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
