    Product description

    The DF multistage centrifugal pump is a single-suction, multistage, segmented centrifugal pump, designed and improved by our company based on the type D clean water multistage pump. This pump uses a nationally recommended hydraulic model, featuring high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life, and easy installation and maintenance. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel horizontal multistage pump type DF is directly driven by the motor through an elastic coupling, allowing an inlet pressure of up to 0.6MPa. It is mainly suitable for water supply and drainage and fire fighting in high-rise urban buildings, supply and drainage in factories and mines, long-distance water transportation, water circulation in production processes, heating and air conditioning circulation, drinking water, and other uses. It is also a commonly used acid and corrosion-resistant pump in the chemical industry.     The corrosion-resistant stainless steel horizontal multistage pump type DF is installed horizontally. The rotor part mainly consists of the shaft and parts mounted on it, such as the impeller, shaft sleeve, and balance disk. The number of impellers depends on the number of pump stages. The shaft parts are fixed to the shaft by keys and nuts, forming an integrated assembly. The entire rotor is supported by ball or sliding bearings at both ends. The bearings do not bear axial forces, which are balanced by the balance disk. Additionally, a flat disk indicator is installed at the pump end to monitor the wear of the balance disk. The pump inlet can be horizontal or vertical upward. The pump casing parts, such as the inlet section, middle section, and outlet section, are connected by tie bolts forming an assembly. Bearing components are at both ends, and the number of pump stages is selected according to the height required by the user. The shaft seal generally uses packing seals, but mechanical seals can also be used according to user needs. The pump rotation direction, viewed from the motor end, is clockwise. The configured motor is from the Y3 series.

    　　The corrosion-resistant stainless steel horizontal multistage pump type DF adopts the structure of type D multistage centrifugal pump, divided into five parts: static part, rotating part, sealing part, bearing part, and balance part.

    　　1. Static part

    　　The static assembly of the corrosion-resistant stainless steel horizontal multistage pump type DF consists of the pump body (inlet and outlet sections, middle section), guide vanes, etc., fixed by rods and screws, forming a sealed working chamber.

    　　2. Rotating part

    　　The rotating assembly of the corrosion-resistant stainless steel horizontal multistage pump type DF consists of the shaft, impeller, shaft sleeve, and balance disk device. Through shaft transmission, the impeller rotates generating centrifugal force that drives the medium flow.

    　　3. Bearing part

    　　Composed of the bearing housing, bearing, and bearing cover. The bearing supports the shaft, ensuring its stable and normal operation.

    　　4. Sealing part

    　　The corrosion-resistant stainless steel horizontal multistage pump type DF uses packing seals and mechanical seals. Packing seals are mainly used where leakage requirements are not strict or when the medium contains solid particles. Mechanical seals are suitable for high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive conditions, and for situations with strict leakage requirements. Both seals seal both ends of the pump to prevent medium leakage and ensure pump tightness.

    5. Balance part

    Because the front and rear plates of the impeller have different pressure areas, an axial force is generated which is eliminated by the balance device. The balance device inside the pump consists of the balance disk, balance ring, and balance sleeve. The balance chamber of the corrosion-resistant stainless steel horizontal multistage pump type DF is formed by the discharge section (outlet section), packing seal body (rear cover), and balance tube connecting to the suction section (inlet section). The balance tube must not be blocked under any circumstances, and the amount of balance water inside the tube can be adjusted by a valve.
