    The DG type multistage centrifugal pump complies with the JB/T1051-93 standard "Types and basic parameters of multistage centrifugal pumps for clean water," featuring high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life, and easy installation and maintenance. It is suitable for transporting clean water with a medium temperature from -20℃ to 160℃ (customizable for higher temperatures), or non-corrosive liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It can also transport hot water, oils, corrosive or abrasive media by changing the materials of the flow parts, seal type, and adding cooling systems. It has multiple uses and is commonly used as a boiler circulation pump, boiler feed pump, or furnace water circulation pump in power plants, metallurgy, heating, and other sectors. The DG multistage pump, as a high-pressure boiler feed pump or other high-pressure use, is an efficient and energy-saving product specially designed for upgrading and modernizing new series of industrial steam boilers. It is suitable not only for medium and low-pressure boiler feed but also for high-lift water transportation in factories and cities.

    1. The DG multistage pump is a multi-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump with a casing that can be axially disassembled along the shaft line. The DG85-80×8 model pump has a suction inlet oriented vertically upward and an outlet also vertically upward, perpendicular to the shaft. From the motor side, the pump rotation direction is clockwise, although it can also be manufactured counterclockwise according to user needs, which must be specified when ordering.

      2. The pump casing and cover form the impeller working chamber. The water inlet and outlet flanges have threaded holes for installing vacuum and pressure gauges, and the bottom of the casing has threaded holes for draining residual water. The impeller is single-suction and closed, with a balance disk that compensates for most of the axial force, plus a thrust bearing to support the small residual axial force. The bearing arrangement keeps the shaft in a stable tension rod state. Before assembly, the impeller must pass a strict static balance check to ensure stable operation. The pump shaft is supported by two Babbitt alloy sliding bearings, lubricated with light oil and mounted on the shaft support.

      3. Inside the casing, there is a sealing ring that improves the pump's volumetric efficiency and prevents high-pressure water backflow into the suction chamber, which would disturb the inlet flow and ensures suction performance. The shaft seal is generally a soft packing seal; during operation, a small amount of medium may enter the packing housing, and it can also be externally connected to cooling and lubrication water for sealing and cooling. According to user needs, the packing can be replaced by a mechanical seal.

      4. Bearing balance: The rotor of the DG type high-pressure boiler pump is supported by ball bearings at both ends of the shaft, lubricated with light oil and cooled with circulating water. The rotor's axial force is automatically balanced by a balance disk. The balance water returns to the suction section through a return pipe. The rotor of the DG type medium-pressure pump is supported by sliding bearings at both ends of the shaft, lubricated with light oil and cooled with circulating water. The rotor's axial force is balanced with a balance disk; between the balance chamber and the front section, there is a return pipe. The rotor is supported by sliding bearings at both ends of the shaft. The bearings have forced lubrication, the pump is equipped with an oil system, and the rotor's axial force is balanced with a balance disk. Additionally, it has a thrust bearing to support the residual axial force caused by changes in working conditions, and between the balance chamber and the suction pipe, there is a return pipe.

      5. Transmission: Medium and medium-high pressure multistage pumps are driven by a motor through an elastic coupling. From the transmission direction, the pump rotates clockwise. High-pressure pumps are also driven by a motor through an elastic coupling, and according to user needs, they can be equipped with toothed couplings, diaphragm couplings, or hydraulic couplings. The motor can be a small steam turbine or an electric motor. From the transmission direction, the pump rotates clockwise.

Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
