    Product Description

    　　The NBA type condensate pump is a single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump with cantilever support. The GN and GNL type pumps are two-stage, single-suction centrifugal condensate pumps suitable for power plants and thermal power stations to transport condensate water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, or to pump condensed water in condensers and for steam turbine generator units from 750 to 3000 kW, or to pump other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. This pump has good suction performance. The 100N130 and 150N110 types are designed to transport liquids at temperatures below 120 °C, while other pumps transport liquids at temperatures not exceeding 80 °C, and the pump inlet pressure does not exceed 0.6 MPa.

    Structure type of NBA type condensate pump

    　　The NB, NBA, GN, and N condensate pumps are horizontal, while the GNL is vertical. They use grease-lubricated roller bearings, the shaft seal is packing, although mechanical seal can also be used. 
    　　The NBA type condensate pump is horizontal with a front door structure, that is, when disassembling the impeller, first the water inlet is removed, the coupling nut is unscrewed, the coupling and key are removed, and the impeller and shaft are extracted from the water inlet end. 
     
     
    　　The GN type is horizontal, the fixed part mainly consists of the water inlet section, middle section, outlet section, bearing housing, guide vanes, and sealing ring. The axial force of the rotating part is supported by ball bearings, while the radial force is jointly supported by ball bearings and sleeve bearings mounted on the guide vanes. 
    Around the packing and in the bearing housing there are cooling chambers that can be connected to cooling water; the water inlet direction is axial and the outlet is vertically upward. The horizontal structure is light but requires pipe disassembly for maintenance. 
    　　The GNL type is vertical, the pump body and cover are separated along the central axis. The axial force of the rotating part is supported by ball bearings, and the radial force is jointly supported by ball bearings and sleeve bearings. The pump inlets and outlets are cast in the pump body. The bottom of the body has semicircular feet and the top has semicircular supports where the bracket is mounted; the motor is installed on this bracket. The vertical pump occupies little space and is easy to maintain. 
    　　Rotation direction: viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates counterclockwise. 
    　　Main parts material: the flow parts of the pump body, cover, sealing ring, and shaft sleeve are made of cast iron. The impeller of the N type condensate pump is made of silicon brass, and the induced wheel of aluminum-bronze-iron. The shafts are made of high-quality carbon steel. 
    　　Pump supply scope: complete supply of pump, motor, coupling, check valve, and gate valve.

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details.     There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
