The condensate pump is a series of products for transporting condensed water. Product Description

　　The condensate pump is a series of products for transporting condensed water. The type N condensate pump is used in thermal power plants to transport condensed water and other liquids similar to condensed water, and it can also be used in other places with media similar to condensed water. It is designed to transport condensed water with a temperature below 120 °C or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The NB, NBA, and NBA type pumps are intended to transport condensed water in condensers with a temperature not exceeding 80 °C and for steam generating units of 750-3000 kW, as well as in other similar cases. The 100N130, 100N160, 150N110, 150N130, 150N180, 200N180, 200N32, 80N45×4, 100N45×5, 150N60×4 pumps can be used as drainage pumps after introducing cooling water into the packing body and packing cover, and can use mechanical seals to transport liquids at temperatures below 150 °C; other pumps transport liquids at temperatures below 80 °C.

Introduction to the structure of the type N horizontal centrifugal pump

　　Type N, NB, and NBA pumps are single-stage, single-suction cantilever horizontal centrifugal pumps; type N has a two-stage structure, the others have horizontal structures. Pumps can have structures with or without an induced wheel. The structure is compact, operation is stable and reliable, efficiency is high, and cavitation resistance is good. A standardized design is used with a high degree of standardization and good universality.

　　Material of flow parts: cast steel or stainless steel, different materials can also be selected according to user requirements.

　　1. Varieties
　　 Type N condensate pumps have single-stage cantilever horizontal, two-stage, single-stage with induced wheel structures, with more than 10 varieties in total. Single-stage include 3N6, 3N6G, 4N6, 4N6G, 4N6A and 100N130, 100N160; two-stage include 2.5N3×2, 3N6×2 and 4N6×2; single-stage with induced wheel include 6N6, 150N110, 150N130, 150N180, 200N32, 200N180.

　　2. Support part
　　The structure of the support part is the same for all varieties, the main parts include the support, front and rear bearing covers, and the shaft, which are positioned on the front and rear radial ball bearings mounted on the support. The ball bearings also support the unbalanced axial force. They are lubricated with fine oil, the oil amount can be seen on the oil indicator. The front and rear bearing covers are equipped with felt sealing rings as shaft seals to prevent oil leakage. The holes in the tube plug are used to fill oil. When cleaning or changing oil, the oil is drained through the threaded hole.

　　3. Sealing and transmission
　　The pump uses soft packing sealing, and a replaceable uranium sleeve is installed in the uranium seal.

　　The pump is driven by a motor through a uranium elastic coupling, and from the transmission direction, the pump rotates counterclockwise.

　　4. Working part
　　One stage: the main parts include an 80-3 cast brass impeller fixed by a key to the shaft made of high-quality carbon steel 45, the impeller is mounted in the pump casing made of wear-resistant cast iron HT20-40, inside the working chamber formed by the casing and the pump cover. The driving machine drives the shaft and impeller mounted on the uranium bearing through the coupling. The uranium sleeve made of wear-resistant cast iron HT20-40 and the bushing (refers to 6N6 and 4N6×2) act as water-lubricated bearings. Inside the packing body after stopping the pump, there is a packing ring and a graphite and asbestos rope soaked in oil, with an open packing cover, tightened by elongated double-headed bolts and the tension can be adjusted. High atmospheric pressure sealing water is introduced from the outside, which through a pipe is directed to the packing ring forming a sealing chamber that prevents air from entering the pump and prevents internal water from flowing out, with only a small amount of lubricating water dripping. The impeller has balance holes that communicate the high-pressure zone with the low-pressure inlet zone to eliminate axial force. To prevent wear of the casing and pump cover and facilitate repair and achieve good sealing, sealing rings are installed in the casing and cover. The top of the casing has a threaded hole for venting, and when stopped for maintenance, the water inside the pump is drained through this hole. To facilitate disassembly of the casing and cover, there are screws to lift the cover, and both the inlet and outlet have holes to measure pressure.

　　Two stages: same as one stage, except that the casing, cover, and intermediate guide form two working chambers, in which the first stage impeller cast in silicon brass 80-3 and the impeller made of HTA20-40CUMO cast iron are installed.

One stage with induced wheel: same as one stage, except that the impeller material is aluminum bronze and iron, and an induced wheel made of aluminum bronze and iron is added in front of the impeller to improve cavitation resistance.

Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. What information should I provide when I need a quote?

Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
