    　　The vertical condenser pump type GN/GNL is a two-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, used to pump condensed water in condensers and to pump condensed water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water in steam turbine generator sets of 750-3000 kilowatts. The liquid temperature should not exceed 80℃.

    Description of the structure of the vertical condenser pump type GN/GNL

    　　The GN type condenser pump is horizontal, the fixed part mainly consists of the water inlet section, middle section, outlet section, bearing housing, guide vanes, and sealing ring. The axial force of the rotating part is supported by ball bearings, while the radial force is jointly supported by ball bearings and sleeve bearings installed in the guide vanes.

    　　Around the packing and in the bearing housing there are cooling chambers that can be connected to cooling water; the water inlet direction is axial and the outlet direction is vertically upward. The horizontal structure is light but requires pipe disassembly for maintenance.

     

     

    　　The GNL type condenser pump is vertical, the pump body and cover are separated along the central axis. The axial force of the rotating part is supported by ball bearings, and the radial force is jointly supported by ball bearings and sleeve bearings. The water inlets and outlets are cast in the pump body. The bottom of the body has semicircular feet and the top has semicircular supports where the bracket is mounted, and the motor is installed on this bracket. The vertical pump occupies little space and is easy to maintain.

     

     

    　　The fluid passage parts of the pump are made of cast iron, the shaft seal is a packing seal, and the rotation is counterclockwise when viewed from the motor end. A complete set including pump, motor, coupling, base, check valve, and gate valve is supplied. If there are special requirements, please specify when ordering; our factory will provide a series of high-quality services in design, manufacturing, testing, installation, maintenance, and operator training.

    　　Material of main parts: the fluid passage parts of the pump body, cover, sealing ring, and shaft sleeve are made of cast iron. The impeller of the type N condenser pump is made of silicon brass, and the induced wheel is made of aluminum-iron bronze. The shafts are made of high-quality carbon steel.

    　　Scope of supply of the pump assembly: complete supply of pump, motor, coupling, check valve, and gate valve.

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
