      The WQF type stainless steel submersible sewage pump is a new and eco-friendly product developed by Zhonglian Pump Industry, a drainage pump manufacturer, based on the absorption and assimilation of similar advanced domestic and foreign technologies, and extensive collection of user suggestions. All indicators reach advanced levels comparable to similar domestic and foreign products. In particular, its unique effect in stirring sediments in water pools has been highly valued by users. The drainage pump features significant energy savings, anti-clogging, no blockages, automatic installation and automatic control, and plays a unique role in transporting solid particles and long-fiber debris.

      The main components of the WQF type submersible sewage pump consist of the impeller, pump body, base, and submersible motor. The pump and motor share the same shaft. Because the pump is located at the lowest part of the entire drainage pump, it can maximize suction of wastewater in the ground area.

      It uses single-phase (or three-phase) power supply, with an integral stainless steel structure. It is equipped with a cutting device, with strong corrosion resistance (pH value 4 to 10). The stainless steel submersible drainage pump can cut long fibers and fragments, has strong drainage capacity, can pass waste and debris with relatively large particle diameter, and is suitable for transporting and discharging wastewater and waste.

      The submersible drainage pump uses a unique structure and a new mechanical seal, which can effectively transport solids and long fibers. Compared with the traditional impeller, the impeller of the submersible sewage pump adopts a single or double channel shape, similar to a curved tube with the same cross-section, with very good flow, combined with a reasonable volute chamber, making the pump highly efficient. The impeller has passed dynamic and static balance tests, ensuring the pump does not vibrate during operation.

      Medium temperature not exceeding 60℃, pumped medium (<110℃):

      1. Urban sewage, industrial wastewater, sewage and mixed water.

      2. Surface water, raw water (river water containing solids and fibers).

      3. Untreated sludge, active sediments, industrial waste.

      The WQ submersible sewage pump is suitable for the chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, paper, cement factories, steel mills, power plants, coal processing industry, as well as for discharging heavily polluted wastewater in factories and businesses, sewage pumping stations in residential areas, drainage systems of urban wastewater treatment plants, civil defense drainage stations, water supply devices in water plants, wastewater discharge in hospitals and hotels, municipal works, construction sites, exploration, auxiliary mining equipment, rural septic tanks, agricultural irrigation, and other sectors to transport wastewater and waste with particles. It can also be used to pump clean water and corrosive media.

     Meaning of the WQ type submersible drainage pump model

      1. The submersible drainage pump adopts a unique one- or two-piece impeller structure, greatly improving the waste passage capacity, effectively passing fibers with a diameter five times that of the pump orifice and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump orifice.

      2. The mechanical seal of the submersible drainage pump uses a new hard and corrosion-resistant titanium-tungsten material, allowing the pump to operate safely and continuously for more than 8000 hours.

      3. The overall structure of the submersible drainage pump is compact, small in volume, low noise, with significant energy-saving effect, easy maintenance, no need to build a pump room, can work submerged in water, which greatly reduces project costs.

      4. The stainless steel submersible drainage pump has a high-precision and anti-interference water leakage detection sensor in the seal oil chamber, and a thermistor element embedded in the stator winding for automatic motor protection of the pump.

      5. The stainless steel submersible drainage pump can be equipped with a fully automatic control cabinet according to user needs, which automatically protects against water leakage, electrical leakage, overload, and overheating, improving product safety and reliability.

      6. The float switch of the stainless steel submersible drainage pump can automatically control the pump's start and stop according to the required liquid level, without special supervision, making it very convenient to use.

      7. The stainless steel submersible drainage pump can be equipped with a double-rail automatic coupling installation system according to user needs, greatly facilitating installation and maintenance, avoiding the need for people to enter the sewage pit.

      8. The submersible sewage pump can be used throughout the entire lift height range ensuring the motor is not overloaded.

    Of course! If the water pump model is not selected accurately, it can cause significant problems. After you take it back, it might be either too small to meet the usage requirements or too large, resulting in higher electricity and fuel costs, increasing the operating expenses.

    Why is the price quotation so slow?

    A

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    What information should I provide when I need a quote?

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    A

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

    What is your usual delivery time?

    A
