    Product Description

    The GDL type vertical multistage pipeline pump is a new generation product manufactured by Changsha Zhonglian Pump Industry, combining excellent foreign pump models with user requirements and related fire protection standards. This type of pump is based on the JB/TQ6435-92 standard, uses computer design and optimization, with the pump inlet and outlet aligned, and the rotor composed of shaft, impeller, impeller thrust sleeve, shaft sleeve, and other parts; the inlet, middle, and outlet sections are connected by tension bolts; the shaft seal uses a mechanical seal lubricated and cooled by pressurized water from the balance chamber; the impellers are symmetrically arranged in multiple stages to hydraulically balance and eliminate axial force, improving the pump's operational stability. It is suitable for small flow rates and high lift heights, with better installation conditions than the DL series. It is used in high-pressure systems for circulation and pressure boosting of cold and hot water, parallel water supply for tall buildings, fire protection, boiler feed, and cooling water systems, as well as for transporting various washing liquids. It is an excellent model for transporting cold water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water in various industries, with a structure especially suitable for limited installation spaces in boiler feed.

     

     

    Working Conditions and Product Features of the GDL Type Vertical Multistage Pipeline Pump

     

              Working Conditions

    　　1. To transport clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water;

    　　2. The transported liquid must not contain solid particles, fibers, should be slightly corrosive, and pose no explosion risk;

    　　3. The liquid temperature limit must not exceed 120℃;

    　　4. The maximum working pressure must not exceed 2.5MPa;

    　　5. The power supply must be a three-phase asynchronous motor with a voltage of 380V, 50HZ, and voltage fluctuation within ±5%;

    　　6. The ambient temperature must be below 40℃ and relative humidity less than 95%.

              Product Features

    1. The GDL multistage pump has a vertical structure, occupies little space, the center of gravity coincides with the center of the base, so it operates stably, with little vibration and long service life.

    　　2. GDL multistage pumps have the same diameter and are on the same horizontal centerline, no need to change the pipe structure, can be installed directly anywhere on the pipeline, greatly facilitating installation.

    　　3. The motor with rain protective cover can be used directly outdoors without the need to build a pump room, significantly saving infrastructure investment.

    　　4. The lift height of the GDL multistage pump can be adjusted by changing the number of stages (number of impellers), thus having a wide range of applications.

    　　5. The shaft seal uses a hard carbide mechanical seal, reliable, leak-free, and with low mechanical losses.

    　　6. High energy efficiency and aesthetic design.

    Of course! If the water pump model is not selected accurately, it can cause significant problems. After you take it back, it might be either too small to meet the usage requirements or too large, resulting in higher electricity and fuel costs, increasing the operating expenses.

    Why is the price quotation so slow?

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    What information should I provide when I need a quote?

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    A

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

    What is your usual delivery time?
