    Product Description

       The DLR vertical multistage pump is a vertical centrifugal pump, single suction, multistage, and segmented structure, which uses the hydraulic model of the IS water pump, an efficient and energy-saving product recommended nationally. The product has the advantages of compact structure, low noise, and small footprint. The product complies with the JB/T2727-93 standard "Type and basic parameters of vertical multistage centrifugal pumps," and is mainly used to pump clean, diluted, non-corrosive, non-explosive water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water that do not contain solid particles or fibers.
     
     
    The DLR vertical multistage pump can transport hot water with a medium temperature between 80℃ and 150℃, suitable for high-pressure hot water circulation in boilers in industries such as metallurgy, chemical, textile, wood processing, and paper manufacturing; pumps for hot water circulation in urban heating; centralized water supply and heating systems in tall urban buildings, fire protection systems, air conditioning systems, and water supply systems in industrial and mining enterprises. The installation is vertical, the pump screw firmly joins the inlet section, middle section, and outlet section into one piece. Each pump stage has an impeller and a water guide, the axial force is hydraulically balanced, the residual axial force is supported by ball bearings lubricated with grease. The shaft seal uses soft packing or mechanical seal. It is mainly used in centralized water supply and heating systems in tall urban buildings, fire protection systems, air conditioning systems, and water supply systems in industrial and mining enterprises.     Structure type and characteristics of the DLR type hot water multistage pump:

      The DLR type multistage centrifugal pump uses vertical installation, featuring compact structure, low noise, and small footprint. The pump shaft seal can be packing seal or mechanical seal. The inlet is located at the lower water inlet section of the pump, and the outlet is at the upper water outlet section, both in a horizontal direction. The pump outlet can be oriented at 90°, 180°, or 270° relative to the inlet according to user needs (conventional installation is at 0°). The pump mainly consists of the inlet section, middle section, outlet section, bearing support, motor support, impeller, water guide, shaft, bearings, shaft sleeve, balance drum, balance sleeve, and other parts. The inlet, middle, outlet sections, water guide, and bearing support form the working chamber; the shaft, impeller, balance drum, and shaft sleeve form the rotor. The axial force is balanced by the balance drum, and the residual axial force is supported by the centrifugal thrust ball bearing at the upper end. There are sealing rings in the inlet and middle sections to reduce high-pressure water leakage into the inlet chamber. The upper end of the shaft has a centrifugal thrust ball bearing and the lower end has a sliding bearing. The rolling bearings are lubricated with grease. The shaft seal uses soft packing, which can also be replaced with a mechanical seal, lubricated and cooled with pressurized water from the balance chamber.

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
