    Product Description

    The stainless steel KCB gear pump for high temperature and high pressure is suitable for transporting media with a viscosity not exceeding 150 mm2/s, temperature not higher than 120°C, non-corrosive, without hard particles or fibers, such as heavy oil, diesel, mechanical oil, vegetable oil, and other lubricant-like liquids. The KCB gear pump is mainly used in transfer, pressurization, fuel injection, and other processes in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, mining, and power plants, as well as in lubrication systems of large mechanical equipment to transport lubricating oil. It can transport non-lubricating oils, beverages, and low-corrosivity liquids. Equipped with copper gears, it can transport low flash point liquids such as gasoline and benzene. In addition to common motors, this series of stainless steel pumps can be equipped with explosion-proof motors of the same type according to user requirements.

    The high-temperature gear pump type KCB is mainly used for transporting and discharging large volumes of oil in oil fields, oil depots, ports, docks, and ships. It is suitable for transporting various types of oil, such as heavy oil, diesel, and lubricating oil. With copper gears, it can transport liquids with low flash points, such as gasoline and benzene. The stainless steel gear pump can transport beverages and corrosive liquids. This gear pump is not suitable for liquids containing hard particles or fibers. The applicable viscosity is from 5×10-5 to 1.5×103 m2/s. The maximum temperature is 70℃. To transport high-temperature liquids, use the KCB high-temperature resistant gear pump, which can transport liquids below 300℃.

    The stainless steel gear pump type KCB is equipped with a pair of rotating gears inside the pump body, one driving and one driven. Through mutual gearing, the working space inside the pump is divided into two independent parts: the suction chamber and the discharge chamber. When the pump operates, the driving gear drives the driven gear to rotate. When the teeth engage and disengage, a partial vacuum is formed on the suction side, the liquid is sucked in and fills the spaces between the gear teeth, being transported to the discharge side. When the gears mesh, the liquid is expelled, forming a high-pressure liquid discharged through the pump outlet.

    Structural features:

    The high-pressure gear pump type KCB mainly consists of the pump body, front and rear covers, gears, driving and driven shafts, bearings, protection valve, and shaft end seals. The gears, heat-treated, have high hardness and strength, and are mounted together with the shaft in a replaceable shaft sleeve. Lubrication of all internal parts of the pump is automatically performed during operation using the discharge medium. The entire series of gear pumps uses a three-claw elastic coupling to form a pump set with the electric motor. This series of gear pumps has a simple and compact structure, is easy to use and maintain, operates stably, and is reliable.

    The high-pressure gear pump has reasonably designed oil discharge and return channels, which reduce the torque borne by the gears during operation, decreasing the load on the bearings, wear, and increasing pump efficiency.

    The high-temperature gear pump is equipped with an overload protection valve. The total recirculation pressure of the valve is 1.5 times the pump's rated discharge pressure and can be adjusted within the allowed range according to actual needs. However, this valve should not be used as a pressure reducing valve for prolonged work; if necessary, an additional valve can be installed in the pipeline.

    From the shaft end protruding towards the pump, the rotation is clockwise.
