    　　DY Type Multistage Centrifugal Oil Pump Adopts the nationally recommended high-efficiency energy-saving hydraulic model, featuring high efficiency and energy saving, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life, and easy installation and maintenance; by changing the material of the DY oil pump (or the material of the pump flow parts), sealing form, and adding a cooling system, it can transport hot water, oils, corrosive and abrasive-containing media, etc. Used to transport petroleum and petroleum products without solid particles and with viscosity less than 120 cSt. Medium temperature t –20℃ to 150℃, allowable inlet pressure 0.6MPa.

    DY Type Multistage Centrifugal Oil Pump Structural Form and Features

    　　1) DY type oil pump inlet and outlet: 100DY16 type horizontal multistage centrifugal pump has horizontal suction and vertical discharge; other multistage centrifugal pumps have vertical suction and vertical discharge.

    　　2) Oil seal: mechanical seal or packing seal can be used. The shaft seal has cooling.

    　　3) Bearing type and lubrication: sliding bearing forced circulation lubrication type includes DY850-125 pump; sliding bearing oil ring splash thin oil lubrication type includes DYⅠ85-67, DYⅠ155-67, and DYⅡ155-67 pumps; others are rolling bearings with grease lubrication.

    　　4) Support: DYⅡ155-67 pump support is center support; other pumps have foot support.

    　　Rotation direction: viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.

    　　Main parts material: flow parts material for DYⅠ, DY, YD is cast iron; DYⅡ is cast steel; DYⅢ is cast stainless steel.

    DY Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Oil Pump Structural Description

    　　1. Pump casing part

    　　The pump casing part mainly consists of bearing, front section, middle section, rear section, guide vane, etc., connected as a whole by bolts. The front section suction inlet centerline is horizontal, and the rear section discharge outlet centerline is vertical to the horizontal.

    　　2. Rotor part

    　　The rotor part mainly consists of bearings and parts installed on the shaft such as impeller, shaft sleeve, balance disc, etc. The parts on the shaft are fixed with a key and shaft sleeve nut to form an integral unit with the shaft. The entire rotor is supported by bearings at both ends on the pump casing. The number of impellers in the rotor part depends on the number of pump stages.

    　　3. Bearing part 
    This D type pump has sliding bearings and rolling bearings depending on the model, none of which bear axial force. During operation, the rotor part should be allowed to axially float within the pump casing; centering bearings cannot be used.

    　　4. Pump sealing

    　　The sealing surfaces between the front, middle, and rear sections of the pump use molybdenum disulfide grease seals. The rotor part and fixed part are sealed by sealing rings, guide vane sleeves, and packing seals. When the wear of sealing rings and guide vane sleeves affects pump operation and performance, timely replacement is required.

    　　5. Balancing mechanism

    　　The balancing mechanism consists of balance ring, balance disc, balance sleeve, etc., used to balance the axial force of the pump. Pumps are supplied as a set, including explosion-proof motor, common base or own base, check valve, gate valve, and spare parts.

    Of course! If the water pump model is not selected accurately, it can cause significant problems. After you take it back, it might be either too small to meet the usage requirements or too large, resulting in higher electricity and fuel costs, increasing the operating expenses.

    Why is the price quotation so slow?

    A

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    What information should I provide when I need a quote?

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    A

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

    What is your usual delivery time?

    A
