Product Description
The self-balancing high-pressure multistage centrifugal oil pump type DYP is used to transport oils and petroleum products that do not contain solid particles, with a temperature below 80 °C and a viscosity below 120 centistokes.
The self-balancing high-pressure multistage centrifugal oil pump type DYP is an advanced multistage centrifugal pump product designed to meet user needs, accelerate the technological development of high-pressure multistage pumps, and is efficient, energy-saving, and long-lasting. It uses an efficient and energy-saving hydraulic model, changing the traditional design of multistage pumps with balancing devices, accelerating the technological development of high-pressure multistage pumps. It is an innovative high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump product developed and manufactured according to API610 standards, leading technology in the industry. Its typical feature is the complete elimination of the traditional balance disc system to balance axial force, relying on the symmetrical arrangement of the impeller to automatically balance axial force. This innovation allows the multistage pump to operate with high energy efficiency, low noise, wide efficient zone, broad performance range, good cavitation resistance, safe and stable operation, few wear parts, easy installation and maintenance, significantly reduced operating costs, and much greater reliability, with a failure-free operating time more than three times that of ordinary pumps, considerably reducing user maintenance costs and thus the life cycle cost of the multistage pump. It is at the technological forefront in the industry and is an upgrade product for ordinary multistage pumps using balance discs or drums.


The self-balancing multistage centrifugal pump type DY(P) has innovated the traditional structure of multistage centrifugal pumps by eliminating the axial force balancing mechanism of ordinary multistage pumps. Due to the absence of balancing devices, there are no friction losses from the balance disc nor losses from balancing water reflux, so the efficiency of the self-balancing multistage pump is 5 to 14% higher than similar multistage pumps. At the same time, it completely solves failures such as rotor wear or blockage caused by balancing device failure, significantly extending the service life of the multistage pump. Years of operation have shown that this self-balancing multistage pump reaches an advanced level comparable to similar international products.

Operating principle of the self-balancing multistage pump
The shaft of the self-balancing multistage pump rotates driven by the motor, performing work on the liquid to increase its energy. The liquid is drawn from the suction tank and continuously passes through the pump inlet section, direct impeller, direct diffuser, middle section, mouth, transition tube, secondary inlet section, reverse impeller, reverse diffuser, and vertical outlet section.
