    The YCB type circular arc gear oil pump is suitable for transporting lubricants or lubricant-like liquids that do not contain solid particles or fibers, are non-corrosive, have a temperature not exceeding 180℃, and a viscosity of 5~1500cst, as well as for hydraulic transmission systems. Flow rate: 0.6-60 cubic meters/hour, pressure 0.6-2.5MPA, equipped with a protection valve for overload protection, the total recirculation pressure of the protection valve is 1.5 times the pump's rated discharge pressure. This series is also available in precision cast stainless steel, suitable for corrosive media, capable of transporting non-lubricating oils, beverages, and corrosive liquids. Equipped with copper gears, it can transport liquids with low flash points, such as gasoline, benzene, etc. The YCB gear pump, besides being equipped with a common motor, can also be configured with an explosion-proof motor of the same type according to user needs. The pump consists of the pump body, pump cover, seal, steel sleeve, protection valve, etc., with a simple and durable structure.

    Structural Features and Composition of YCB Arc Gear Oil Pump

    The gear of the YCB arc gear oil pump has a double circular arc sinusoidal tooth profile. Compared with involute gears, the outstanding advantage is that during meshing there is no relative sliding on the tooth surface, so there is no wear, balanced operation, no liquid trapping phenomenon, low noise, long service life, and high efficiency. The YCB series breaks the limitations of traditional design, taking the design, production, and use of gear pumps to a new level, becoming an upgraded product of involute gear pumps.

    Structural Composition:

    This series of arc gear oil pumps mainly consists of gears, shaft, pump body, relief valve, and shaft end seal. The gears have high hardness and strength due to heat treatment and are mounted together with the shaft in a replaceable shaft sleeve. Lubrication of all internal parts of the pump is automatically achieved by the outlet medium during operation.

    The YCB gear pump is equipped with a relief valve for overload protection. The total return pressure of the relief valve is 1.5 times the nominal discharge pressure of the pump and can be adjusted as needed within the allowed range. However, this relief valve cannot function as a long-term pressure reducing valve and can be installed separately in the pipeline if necessary.

    Note: The pressure protection valve is intended to protect the generator. When the pressure in the pump chamber exceeds 1.5 times the set pressure during operation, the protection valve automatically acts, causing a backflow of the medium in the pump chamber to prevent generator overload.

    The shaft end seal of the YCB arc gear pump is designed in two forms: mechanical seal and packing seal, which the user can choose according to their requirements.

    The pump has reasonably designed oil drainage and return grooves, which reduce the torque borne by the gears during work, decreasing bearing load, wear, and increasing pump efficiency.

    Viewed from the protruding shaft end, it rotates clockwise.

    The YCB arc gear pump has a service life 2-3 times longer than a common gear pump. The main difference is that the arc pump gears are curved in shape, and during operation, the gear and tooth root mesh smoothly in two arcs without dead points or jams, greatly extending service life. In contrast, the common gear pump has involute helical gear teeth, and during normal operation, the tooth edges may collide and wear with the corresponding tooth root, and liquid trapping occurs, generating noise and reducing service life.

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
