    Explanation of the structure of the IY type horizontal single suction monoblock centrifugal pump:

      The main parts of the IY type monoblock centrifugal pump include the pump body, impeller, pump cover, support components, mechanical seal, and shaft.

      The IY type oil pump series has a rear door structure, whose advantage is that repair or replacement of rotor parts does not require disassembling the pipes; the rotor parts are supported by the support (see the IY pump structural diagram).

      Axial shaft force balance: in pumps with large axial force, the impeller has balance holes, and the remaining axial force is supported by the bearings.

      The shaft seal type uses a single-face unbalanced mechanical seal; the shaft seal chamber is equipped with a water cooling jacket, which can be connected to external cold water through a 1/4 pipe interface on the side of the pump to cool the shaft seal.

      Transmission mode: the pump is directly driven by the motor through a coupling. From the transmission direction, the pump rotates clockwise.

      Structural features:

      1) The IY type monoblock pump is designed according to the performance and dimension specifications established by the international standard ISO2858. The pump mainly consists of the pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, sealing components, and support components;
      2) The structure of the IY type monoblock centrifugal pump adopts a rear door form, that is, the division between the pump body and the cover is at the rear of the impeller; the body and cover form the pump working chamber; the impeller, shaft, and bearings are the pump rotor; the support and bearing components support the rotor. To balance the axial force of the pump, most impellers have sealing rings in front and behind, and balance holes in the impeller back plate. However, some pumps with low axial force do not require sealing rings or balance holes at the back of the impeller;
      3) The bearings use two radial ball bearings (the IR pump uses one radial ball bearing and two radial thrust ball bearings) installed in the support, which support the pump shaft and the radial and axial forces of the pump;
      4) The shaft seal uses packing seal or mechanical seal, and a sleeve is installed in the shaft seal to protect the shaft.

Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
