    The corrosion-resistant stainless steel ZH type single-stage centrifugal chemical self-priming pump with ZH suction is a product developed by our factory by combining similar domestic and foreign products. The ZH chemical self-priming pump is suitable for transporting corrosive media with a temperature range of 0℃ to 220℃ and solid particles smaller than 3 millimeters. If the transported medium contains particles larger than 3 millimeters or fibers, the non-clogging drainage self-priming pump ZW produced by our factory can be chosen. Depending on the transported medium, the parts in contact with the liquid of the corrosion-resistant ZH type self-priming pump can be made of cast iron, cast steel, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 316, 316L, among other materials. The ZH self-priming pump has the advantages of high efficiency, good performance, low energy consumption, and low noise.

    Application scope of the stainless steel corrosion-resistant self-priming centrifugal pump type ZH for the chemical industry

    1. The ZH corrosion-resistant self-priming pump is suitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire fighting, chemical industry, pharmaceutical, dyeing, processing, electric power, electroplating, papermaking, equipment cooling, etc.

    2. The ZH corrosion-resistant self-priming pump equipped with a swinging nozzle can spray water into the air in the form of fine droplets, making it a good tool for farms, nurseries, orchards, and tea plantations.

    3. The ZH series self-priming pumps for the chemical industry can also be manufactured as stainless steel self-priming pumps, suitable for clean water, seawater, and chemical liquids with acidity or alkalinity, as well as pulp media with viscosity and solid content up to 30%. Different materials can be used depending on the liquid: ht200, icr18nigti, ocr18nig, ocr17ni14m02, icr18ni12m02ti.

    4. If manufactured as a self-priming pump for non-clogging wastewater, it can be combined with any model and specification of filter press, making it an ideal pump to feed the filter press with pulp for filtration.

    Why is the price quotation so slow?

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    What information should I provide when I need a quote?

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    A

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

    What is your usual delivery time?

    A
