    Product description

The BQG series of pneumatic diaphragm pumps for mining from Ingersoll Rand adopts and absorbs advanced international technology and production processes of pneumatic diaphragm pumps. This product is specially designed for coal mines, with all the functions of traditional submersible electric pumps, sludge pumps, impurity pumps, and flexible shaft pumps, representing a revolution in traditional water pumps for mining. The key point is that it completely solves the safety problems of traditional water pumps. This series of pneumatic diaphragm pumps for mining can provide high transport speed even at low air pressure, is compatible with a wide range of materials, and features an anti-stalling design, modular pneumatic motor, and fluid parts.

The BQG series of pneumatic diaphragm pumps for mining from Ingersoll Rand is used for transporting clean water in underground coal mines, or wastewater containing solid particles and impurities (with a volumetric concentration of less than 2%), and is also applicable to other non-coal mines and similar media transport situations.

Product features of the diaphragm pneumatic pump for mining BQG Ingersoll Rand

    ■ Safety

The BQG diaphragm pneumatic pump uses compressed air as a power source, driving two flexible diaphragms within the chamber to transport fluids. It has no gear structure, does not rotate during operation, allows the transport of fluids with particles of a certain size, and has a unique explosion-proof feature, especially suitable for environments with high gas content in the coal mining industry, particularly for drainage and dewatering in excavation fronts. It has been certified by mining safety in China.

    ■ Reliability

During use, the BQG diaphragm pneumatic pump allows for free adjustment of the flow rate through air pressure or residual valves in the pipeline, and the discharge valve can even be closed directly at the delivery point without worrying about damaging the pump. Our patented pneumatic motor design ensures "worry-free" operation.

    ■ Efficiency

The BQG diaphragm pneumatic pump has a strong priming capability, can start directly without the need for water priming, and can also operate submerged, providing an efficient solution for drainage in mining.

    ■ Convenience

Modular design of the BQG diaphragm pneumatic pump, small size, lightweight, portable, and easy to maintain.

Precautions for using the diaphragm pneumatic pump for mining BQG Ingersoll Rand

The Ingersoll Rand diaphragm pneumatic pump operates with compressed air and is a volumetric pump that changes volume through the reciprocal deformation of the diaphragm, with a working principle similar to that of a piston pump. The diaphragm pneumatic pump must be used according to certain principles and methods, following specific instructions and precautions in the operating procedure to achieve effective and valuable use. When operating the diaphragm pneumatic pump, the following points must be considered: ensure that the maximum particle size in the fluid does not exceed the maximum safe diameter allowed by the pump. Ensure that the pump and all pipe connections are well tightened to avoid static sparks caused by vibrations or impacts. Use anti-static hoses. Periodically check and test the reliability of the grounding system, with a ground resistance of less than 100 ohms. Maintain good ventilation and avoid ignition sources and heat. The air inlet pressure must not exceed the maximum pressure allowed by the pump; compressed air with pressure above the nominal can cause personal injury, material loss, and affect the pump's performance.

Static sparks can cause explosions resulting in personal injury and material loss. As necessary, use conductors with a sufficiently large cross-section to safely connect the pump's grounding screw. Grounding must comply with local regulations and special site requirements. The pump's discharge may contain solids; do not direct the discharge towards work areas or people to avoid injury. When the diaphragm fails, the pumped material may exit through the exhaust silencer. Ensure that the piping system can withstand the maximum discharge pressure and that the air system for multiple pumps is clean and in normal condition. When transporting flammable or toxic fluids, connect the discharge to a safe location away from the work area. Use pipes with a smooth internal diameter of at least 3/8'' to connect the discharge and the silencer.

High fluid pressure can cause serious personal injury and material loss. Do not perform repairs on the pump or piping system while the pump is pressurized. To repair a rotary pump, first cut off the air supply, open the pressure relief device to depressurize the piping system, and slowly loosen the connections. For pumps transporting toxic fluids or fire-fighting pumps, do not send the pump directly to the manufacturer for repair. For pumps with aluminum parts in the liquid transport section, do not use them to transport Fe3+ liquids containing Fe3+ and halides, as well as other halogenated solvents, as they can cause corrosion and rupture of the pump body. Ensure that all parts in contact with the transported fluid are not corroded or damaged by the fluid. Ensure that all operating personnel are familiar with the use and safety precautions of the pump and, if necessary, provide appropriate protective equipment. Use the pump correctly and do not allow prolonged dry operation.

    FAQ

    Q

What products do you mainly produce?

    A

Zoomlion Pump Industry manufactures various large industrial centrifugal pumps. The main products include: self-balancing multistage pumps, multistage centrifugal pumps, single-stage centrifugal pumps, split-case pumps, chemical pumps, submersible pumps, pipeline pumps, long-shaft pumps, condenser pumps, and more.

    Q

Can you help me choose a model?

    A

Of course! If the water pump model is not selected accurately, it can cause significant problems. After you take it back, it might be either too small to meet the usage requirements or too large, resulting in higher electricity and fuel costs, increasing the operating expenses.

    Q

Why is the price quotation so slow?

    A

Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    Q

What information should I provide when I need a quote?

    A

Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Q

Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    A

There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

    Q

What is your usual delivery time?

    A

Models in stock can be shipped by the next day at the latest. Others are custom-made, and depending on the product size and specific project conditions, the delivery time is generally between 7-90 days. Please consult our sales manager for details: 0731-88632200 。
