The D-type multistage high-pressure centrifugal pump is a horizontal, single-suction, multistage, sectional centrifugal pump that incorporates a hydraulic model recognized by the nation as an efficient and energy-saving product. It boasts advantages such as high efficiency, a wide performance range, safe and smooth operation, low noise levels, and extended service life, along with convenient installation and maintenance. This pump is suitable for conveying clean water free of solid particles (abrasives) and suspended solids, as well as other liquids whose physical and chemical properties closely resemble those of water. Additionally, by modifying the materials of the pump’s flow components, adjusting the sealing configuration, or integrating an enhanced cooling system, the pump can also handle hot water, oils, corrosive fluids, or even media containing abrasive particles.
MD-Type Mining Multi-Stage High-Pressure Centrifugal Pump It is a horizontal, single-suction, multistage centrifugal pump. This type of water pump is designed for conveying neutral mineral water containing solid particles at a concentration of no more than 1.5% (with particle size smaller than 0.5 mm) and other similar sewage fluids. The temperature of the medium being pumped must not exceed 80°C, making it suitable for applications such as drainage in steel plants and mines, as well as wastewater transportation.
The DF-type corrosion-resistant multistage high-pressure centrifugal pump is a single-suction, multistage, segment-type corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump, designed for conveying non-corrosive liquids free of solid particles. The temperature of the conveyed medium ranges from -20°C to 105°C, and the pump can handle inlet pressures up to 0.6 MPa.
The DY-type multistage high-pressure centrifugal oil pump adopts a highly efficient and energy-saving hydraulic model recommended by the national standards, offering advantages such as high efficiency, energy conservation, a wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, extended service life, and convenient installation and maintenance. By modifying the pump material (or the material of its flow passages), adjusting the sealing method, and incorporating an additional cooling system, this pump can handle hot water, oils, corrosive media, and even abrasive-containing fluids. It is specifically designed to convey petroleum and petroleum products with a viscosity below 120 centistokes and free of solid particles. The medium temperature can range from -20°C to 150°C, and the pump can withstand an inlet pressure of up to 0.6 MPa.
The DG-type multistage high-pressure boiler feedwater pump is a horizontal, multistage, single-suction sectional centrifugal pump. The pump casing can be axially split at the centerline. For the DG85-80×8 model, the suction inlet and discharge outlet both point vertically upward, perpendicular to the pump’s central axis. When viewed from the drive end, the pump rotates clockwise; however, it can also be manufactured to rotate counterclockwise according to customer requirements, which can be specifically requested during the ordering process.

Application scope of D-type multi-stage high-pressure centrifugal pumps:
Suitable for industrial and municipal water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply in high-rise buildings, landscape irrigation, fire-fighting boosting, long-distance water delivery, heating systems, as well as circulating pressurization of hot and cold water in bathrooms and other applications—particularly ideal for feedwater to small boilers.
Product features of D-type multi-stage high-pressure centrifugal pumps:
1. The hydraulic model is advanced, highly efficient, and offers a wide performance range.
2. The pump operates smoothly with low noise.
3. The shaft seal employs either a soft packing seal or a mechanical seal, ensuring safe and reliable sealing with a simple design that allows for quick and convenient maintenance.
D-type multi-stage high-pressure centrifugal pump: Structural features:
The multi-stage high-pressure pump features a single-casing, single-suction, multi-stage cantilevered segmental centrifugal pump design. The pump's inlet is positioned horizontally, while the outlet points vertically upward. The specific structure is as follows:
1. Stator Section
The assembly primarily consists of components such as the front section, middle section, guide vanes, rear section, bearing housing, and balance chamber cover, all connected as a single unit using through bolts and nuts. The side flanges of the front and rear sections are securely fastened to the pump base with bolts and nuts.
2. Rotor Components
The rotor is primarily secured to the shaft by small round nuts tightening the impeller, impeller shroud, balance sleeve, balance disc, and shaft sleeve components, while a flat key prevents rotational movement. The entire rotor is supported by bearings at both ends. Additionally, the rotor is directly connected to the electric motor via an elastic pin-type coupling.
To compensate for thermal expansion, a toothed shim is installed between the final stage and the balance sleeve; this component should be replaced during pump overhauls.
3. Balancing Mechanism
This pump features a hydraulic balancing device—a balance disc—that fully and automatically balances axial forces. The device consists of a balance plate, a balance disc, a balance sleeve, and a balancing mechanism.
4. The shaft features a fully sealed design, ensuring it remains free from contact with the medium, preventing corrosion and guaranteeing a long service life.
