    Product description

    The SA/S/SF series of single-stage double suction centrifugal pumps is a widely used universal mechanical equipment, designed according to national standards, and is highly efficient and energy-saving. Centrifugal pump with simple structure and excellent performance. The SA/S/SF series of single-stage double suction centrifugal pumps features a high degree of standardization, advanced performance, stable, safe, and reliable operation. New structures and materials are used in the design, suitable for transporting various media, widely applied in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, mining, mineral processing, light industry, agriculture, civil use, and national defense. They can also be used in pumps for urban water supply and drainage, hydraulic engineering, and agricultural irrigation. The outstanding feature of the double suction and medium discharge pump is "large flow." When a single pump cannot meet the transportation task, parallel or series operations can be used. Connecting two pumps of the same model in parallel increases the total flow although the pressure does not change much; the total efficiency of pumps in parallel equals the efficiency of a single pump. When connected in series, the total pressure increases, the flow changes little, and the total efficiency equals that of a single pump. After connecting two pumps in parallel, both flow and pressure increase, but due to the pipeline characteristic curve, resistance increases, and the total flow is double that of a single pump. When two pumps are connected in series, both pressure and flow increase, but the total pressure remains less than twice the pressure of a single pump. Therefore, users can combine according to their needs to meet various working conditions.

     

    Although the SA/S/SF series of single-stage double suction centrifugal pumps has a wide range of applications, it is limited by the single-stage structure with a single impeller, so the lift height is not high. To meet more user needs, our company developed another type of double suction pump— Multistage medium discharge pump type DK This pump can reach a lift height of up to 400 meters, meeting both large flow and partially high lift requirements.

    1. The SA type single-stage double suction centrifugal pump is used to transport clean water without solid particles or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, with medium temperature from -20℃ to 80℃ and maximum allowable inlet pressure of 0.6MPa.

    2. The S type pump is a high-efficiency and energy-saving product, with simple structure and excellent performance. It is used to transport clean water without solid particles or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, with medium temperature from 0℃ to 80℃ and maximum allowable inlet pressure of 0.6MPa.

    3. The SF type stainless steel single-stage double suction centrifugal pump is suitable for transporting corrosive liquids without solid particles, with medium temperature from -20℃ to 105℃ and maximum allowable inlet pressure of 0.6MPa. Depending on the material, the pH range of the transported medium varies.

    The SA type single-stage double suction centrifugal pump is horizontally installed; the pump casing is horizontally split along the shaft, with the upper part being the pump cover and the lower part the pump body. The inlet and outlet are located at the bottom of the pump body under the shaft, with the centerline perpendicular to the shaft. For maintenance, it is not necessary to dismantle the inlet and outlet pipes; just open the cover to remove the rotor. The shaft seal can be a soft packing or mechanical seal.

    　　Rotation direction: viewed from the motor end towards the pump, the SA type stainless steel double suction pump rotates counterclockwise, with the inlet on the left and the outlet on the right. The drive end can also be changed to the other side of the pump according to user requirements, in which case the rotation direction and the inlet and outlet positions will be opposite to those mentioned.

    The S type horizontal single-stage double suction centrifugal pump / SF stainless steel medium discharge pump, compared with other similar pumps, has a long service life, high efficiency, reasonable structure, low operating cost, easy installation and maintenance, making it ideal for firefighting, air conditioning, chemical, water treatment, and other industries. The design pressure of the pump body is 1.6MPa and 2.0MPa.

    　　The inlet and outlet flanges of the single-stage double suction centrifugal pump are located at the bottom of the pump body, allowing the rotor to be removed without dismantling the system pipes, facilitating maintenance. Part of the pump body uses a double-channel design to reduce radial force and extend the service life of the mechanical seal and bearings. The hydraulic design of the medium discharge pump impeller uses advanced CFD technology, improving the hydraulic efficiency of the S pump. The impeller is dynamically balanced to ensure stable operation. The shaft has a thick diameter and short bearing span, reducing shaft deflection and extending the service life of the mechanical seal and bearings. The pump body and impeller use replaceable wear rings to prevent wear, facilitating replacement and reducing maintenance costs, ensuring operating clearance and high efficiency. Packing or mechanical seals can be used, which can be replaced without dismantling the pump cover. The unique bearing housing design allows lubrication with grease or light oil, with a bearing design life of over 100,000 hours.
