    At the beginning of the month, Saudi Arabia’s long-standing customer expressed an urgent need for diesel engine-driven pump units via email, attaching a detailed technical specification document that stretched over more than ten pages. The dedicated sales consultant and technical team immediately sprang into action, holding a meeting to meticulously review the project details and ensure every aspect was thoroughly addressed. During the preparation of the technical proposal, the customer requested compatibility with local diesel models—and soon after, additional specific conditions were introduced. After each round of adjustments, our team promptly communicated with the customer’s engineers to confirm the changes. Following two rounds of comprehensive business evaluations, the customer finally agreed to sign the contract. The entire process, from production to rigorous testing and meticulous assembly, took approximately 40 days. Now, these pump units are fully assembled and ready for shipment, with an estimated delivery time of just over 20 days—meaning they’ll be operational at the Saudi construction site in no time!
