Shaanxi Province, Shenmu County's certain mining company is located approximately southwest of Shenmu County town. 44 The Heilonggou Coal Mine, located in the Da Baodang Town area spanning several kilometers, has been identified through safety assessments as a mine with a risk of gas outbursts and potential coal dust explosion hazards. 1. 6. Dynamic and static balance requirements: All rotating components of the pump (such as impellers, rotor shafts, etc.) must undergo both static and dynamic balance tests before leaving the factory. The test accuracy must meet the latest current national standards (e.g., GB/T9239.1 ), and must not fall below the standards stipulated. 7. Explosion-proof motor selection: The motors shall feature an explosion-proof design, and the recommended compatible brands are either Jiamusi Motor Co., Ltd. or qualified products manufactured by Nanyang Explosion-Proof Group Company. 2. Bearing and Lubrication System: The motor bearings are imported from Sweden. 3. Pump Electrical Control System (sold separately)
The operation of the water pumps is centrally controlled by a "Mine Water Pump Integrated Automatic Control System," whose core functions include:
1. Real-time parameter monitoring: Utilizing sensors to continuously collect critical data such as water reservoir levels, drainage flow rates, motor operating temperatures (stator windings and bearings), and underground power loads, providing essential information for operational control.
2. Automatic rotation operation: Based on changes in water tank levels and power load, the system automatically switches multiple pumps on and off, preventing excessive wear caused by prolonged operation of a single pump.
3. Peak-shaving and valley-filling for energy conservation: Operating on the principle of "peak-shaving and valley-filling," the system prioritizes starting water pumps to drain water during periods of low underground grid load, while reducing the number of operating pumps during peak hours—thereby alleviating pressure on the grid and enhancing the overall energy efficiency of the mine.
4. Automatic Emergency Response to Failures: When the pump experiences issues such as overload, bearing overheating, or motor failure, the system immediately activates the automatic alarm function. Based on the severity of the fault and the status of the backup pump, it automatically starts the backup pump, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the mine drainage system and safeguarding safe underground production.
