    On March 25, 2025, the Committee of the Hunan Province Hardware and Electromechanical Chamber of Commerce of the Communist Party of China held a re-election conference in Changsha. The conference was conducted strictly in accordance with the party organization's re-election procedures. Party member representatives from member enterprises of the Hunan Province Hardware and Electromechanical Chamber of Commerce gathered together, and through a secret ballot election, Comrade Pan Shiqun, Chairman of Changsha Zhonglian Pump Industry Co., Ltd., was re-elected as the Party Secretary.

    After his re-election, Chairman Pan Shiqun delivered a speech, expressing a deep sense of responsibility and honorable mission. He pledged to continue leading the Chamber's Party Committee team with a higher political stance and stronger sense of responsibility, promoting the Chamber's Party building work to a new level. In the future, the Party Committee will further strengthen the construction of the Party organization, fully leverage the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members, actively guide member enterprises to listen to and follow the Party, and contribute more to the high-quality development of Hunan Province's hardware and electromechanical industry.

    Chairman Pan Shiqun has been deeply involved in the industry for many years. Since becoming Chairman of Changsha Zhonglian Pump Industry Co., Ltd. in 1999, he has led the company to continuous growth and expansion. Under his leadership, Zhonglian Pump Industry has grown from an ordinary pump manufacturing enterprise into a comprehensive national high-tech enterprise integrating design, research and development, manufacturing, and service. It is now a key backbone enterprise in China's centrifugal pump industry and one of the large-scale professional manufacturers of multi-stage centrifugal pumps nationwide, with a registered capital of 31 million RMB. Over the past year, Mr. Pan Shiqun led the Vice Presidents and Secretariat staff of the Hunan Province Hardware and Electromechanical Chamber of Commerce to form an industrial alliance group, conducted on-site inspections of group members, and helped solve enterprise problems. This group consists of 20 physical manufacturing enterprises mainly engaged in the production and manufacturing of centrifugal pump products. President Pan has gained an in-depth understanding of the production operations, technological innovation, and future plans of member enterprises, encouraging them to unite and form industrial clusters to jointly face market challenges.

    The successful holding of this re-election conference has injected new vitality into the Party Committee of the Hunan Province Hardware and Electromechanical Chamber of Commerce and provided a solid guarantee for industry Party building to lead development.
