    The GW type pipeline sewage pump is easy to install and widely used. It can serve as a general pipeline pump for pressurizing and supplying water to high-rise buildings, and can also transport sewage containing particulate fibers. Besides being suitable for sewage transportation, it is also applicable as a drainage pump, filter flushing pump, and condensate circulation pump. The GW type pipeline sewage pump adopts a unique impeller structure and a new mechanical seal, effectively conveying solids and long fibers. Compared with traditional impellers, this pump's impeller uses a single-channel or double-channel form, similar to a bent pipe with the same cross-sectional size, providing excellent flow characteristics. Equipped with a reasonable volute casing, the pump has high efficiency. The impeller undergoes dynamic and static balance tests, ensuring vibration-free operation.

    4. Mechanical seal uses hard wear-resistant tungsten carbide, durable and wear-resistant, allowing the pump to run safely and continuously for more than 8000 hours.

    5. The pipeline sewage pump has a vertical structure, with the inlet and outlet centerlines on the same horizontal line, and the inlet and outlet flange specifications are the same, making installation and disassembly very convenient.

    6. Small footprint, no need to build a machine room, saving a lot of infrastructure costs; with a protective cover on the motor fan end, the whole machine can work outdoors.

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    What information should I provide when I need a quote?

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    A

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

    What is your usual delivery time?
