    The corrosion-resistant chemical process pump type IH is a horizontal single-stage chemical centrifugal pump with simple suction. It is the fifth generation of horizontal chemical process pumps resistant to high temperatures and high pressure developed by Zhonglian Pump Industry, a manufacturer of corrosion-resistant chemical pumps, in accordance with international standards. It is a replacement product for the old type IH chemical centrifugal pump.

    Product description

    The corrosion-resistant chemical process pump type IH is a single-stage, simple suction horizontal chemical centrifugal pump, developed by Zhonglian Pump Industry according to international standards as the fifth generation of horizontal chemical process pumps resistant to high temperatures and high pressure, replacing the old type lH chemical pump. The performance parameters and installation dimensions of this series are the same as those of the old IH pump, and the product complies with GB5662-85 "Axial suction centrifugal pump ( 16bar ) standard marking, performance, and dimensions".

    Corrosion-resistant chemical process pump type IH

    The fifth generation of corrosion-resistant chemical process pumps type IH absorbs the aesthetic design of the XA type pump support and adds reinforcements in the pump body, making this pump have an attractive appearance, safe and reliable operation, and a long service life. The support components of the fifth generation type IH: four types of supports cover the entire series and are compatible between series, ensuring quick deliveries and low inventory.

    The sealing method of the shaft of the corrosion-resistant chemical process centrifugal pump type IH can be selected according to user needs: packing seal, unbalanced single mechanical seal, balanced single mechanical seal, unbalanced double mechanical seal, and balanced double mechanical seal. The sealing is safe, reliable, and long-lasting. The body and the impeller are manufactured using precise casting with a wax mold, with higher efficiency than the old IH pump and better aesthetic quality. The coupling is a three-section detachable coupling. For users requiring direct connection, a special treatment can be made with a custom-designed welded base. In general, the installation dimensions are the same as those of the old model, and the base of the fifth generation uses a precise casting base.

    The standard corrosion-resistant chemical process pump is designed according to the performance and dimensions established in the international standard ISO2858, with a rear door structure, easy to assemble and maintain, aesthetically pleasing and elegant appearance, safe and reliable operation, and very convenient to use.

    1. Pump body with reinforcements, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and large pump body with double volute, low radial force, attractive appearance, and long service life.

    2. Impeller, molded with precise wax casting, exact dimensions, high efficiency, attractive appearance, CFD design of fluid dynamics, wide channel, high efficiency, and good cavitation performance. Molded precisely, with exact dimensions and high efficiency.

    3. Sealing components, designed according to the mechanical seal AP1610, help with cooling and circulation of the sealing system, making the sealing more reliable. Optionally, packing seal, unbalanced single mechanical seal, balanced single mechanical seal, unbalanced double mechanical seal, and balanced double mechanical seal can be chosen.

    4. Support components, with appearance based on the XA design and manufactured with precise casting mold, attractive appearance, high degree of universality, with supports 30, 40, 50, 55, compatible between series.

    5. The coupling is a detachable three-section coupling, which can be specially treated for direct connection according to customer requirements, facilitating maintenance and reducing costs.

    Of course! If the water pump model is not selected accurately, it can cause significant problems. After you take it back, it might be either too small to meet the usage requirements or too large, resulting in higher electricity and fuel costs, increasing the operating expenses.

    Why is the price quotation so slow?

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    What information should I provide when I need a quote?

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    A

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

    What is your usual delivery time?

    A
