    Product description

    High temperature and high pressure petrochemical process pumps type ZA, ZAK, ZAG are horizontal chemical centrifugal pumps, single stage, single suction, cantilever type, corrosion resistant, leak-free, resistant to high temperatures and pressures, specifically designed for the petrochemical industry. The product complies with standards DIN24256, ISO2858, GB5662-85. The manufacturer of corrosion-resistant chemical pumps, Zhonglian Pump Industry, designs according to the API610 standard, following the tenth edition of the API standard. This series of pumps uses closed and semi-open impellers with balanced wear rings to balance axial force, while open impellers employ rear blades to balance axial force. Pumps with an outlet diameter greater than 80 mm are designed with a double volute to balance radial force, thus ensuring the bearing life and stability in the shaft seal. Bearings are selected according to working conditions, using combinations of cylindrical and tapered roller bearings, which significantly improves bearing life.

    Petrochemical pump type ZA: with base support, closed impeller, design pressure of 2.5Pa, suitable for general industrial processes.

    In this series of petrochemical pumps, hydraulic considerations, the connection of the pump body and bearing support, mechanical seal components, cooling methods, and auxiliary pipes have been carefully considered, addressing existing usage and installation defects in process pumps and oil pumps designed according to the seventh edition of API610.

    The hydraulics of this series of petrochemical pumps have been selected and improved from excellent national and international hydraulic models, increasing the inlet diameter of the impeller of the pump body to reduce inlet velocity, increasing corrosion resistance, and prolonging the pump's service life.

    The wear parts of petrochemical centrifugal pumps are wear rings, bushings, mechanical seals, and other small parts, so after replacing the wear parts, the pump body, shaft, and other main parts can continue to be used, significantly reducing pump maintenance costs.

    High temperature and high pressure petrochemical process pumps can be equipped with different types of mechanical seals according to specific processing condition requirements. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
