The corrosion-resistant chemical pump type DF made of stainless steel is a horizontal, single-suction, multistage, segmented pump, suitable for transporting corrosion-resistant liquids without solid particles. The temperature of the transported medium is from -20℃ to 105℃, and the allowable inlet pressure is 0.6MPa.

　　"DF" indicates a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump with single suction, multistage, and segmented.

　　"25" indicates the flow rate of the pump (m3/h).

　　"50" indicates the manometric height per stage of the pump (m).

　　"5" indicates the number of stages.

Structural description of the corrosion-resistant multistage chemical pump type DF made of stainless steel

The corrosion-resistant chemical pump type DF is installed horizontally. Except for the DF155-30 model pump whose inlet is horizontal, the inlet of the other pumps is vertical upwards. The discharge direction of all DF type pumps is vertical upwards. The shaft seal generally uses packing seal, although it can also use mechanical seal according to user needs. Except for the DF85-67 pump which uses sliding bearings lubricated with light oil and the DF155-67 pump which uses rolling bearings lubricated with light oil, the others use rolling bearings lubricated with grease. The axial force of the shaft is balanced by the symmetrical arrangement of the impeller in the DF3-40Ⅱ pump, while in the others a balance disc is used.

　　Rotation direction: the direction of rotation of the pump viewed from the motor end is clockwise.

　　Main material of the parts: the parts that pass the fluid are made of cast steel and cast stainless steel. When placing an order, the material of the pump, the type of seal, and the structure of the pump should be reasonably selected according to the name, concentration, inlet pressure, operating temperature, and degree of corrosion of the transported medium.

　　Scope of supply: the pump is supplied together with the motor and the base, which can be equipped with a common base or its own base. The factory also provides accessories (including conical discharge pipe, gate valve, check valve) and spare parts (including impeller, seal ring, guide sleeve, balance disc, shaft sleeve).

　　Structural features:

　　The corrosion-resistant chemical centrifugal pump type DF adopts a multistage pump structure type D, divided into four parts: static part, rotating part, sealing part, and bearing part.

　　1. Static part:

　　Composed of the pump body (inlet and outlet section, middle section), guide vanes, etc., fixed with rods and screws, forming a sealed working chamber.

　　2. Rotating part:

　　Composed of shaft, impeller, shaft sleeve, and balance disc device. The shaft transmits the motion, causing the impeller to rotate to generate centrifugal force and thus drive the flow of the medium.

　　3. Bearing part:

　　Composed of the bearing body, the bearing, and the bearing cover. The bearing supports the shaft and ensures its stable and normal operation.

　　4. Sealing part:

　　Divided into packing seal and mechanical seal. The packing seal is mainly used in situations where leakage requirements are not strict or when the medium contains solid particles. The mechanical seal is suitable for high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive conditions, with strict leakage requirements. Both seals ensure sealing at both ends of the pump, preventing leakage of the medium and ensuring the tightness of the pump.

Why is the price quotation so slow?

Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

What information should I provide when I need a quote?

Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

What is your usual delivery time?
