The DFP type horizontal multi-stage self-balancing chemical centrifugal pump is a horizontal chemical centrifugal pump, single suction, multi-stage and segmented, resistant to corrosion. It is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, high-temperature, and high-pressure multi-stage centrifugal pump product developed by Zhonglian Pump Industry, used to transport corrosive liquids without solid particles and with a temperature below 80°C, with a permitted inlet pressure of less than 0.6MPa. The DFP type horizontal multi-stage self-balancing chemical centrifugal pump belongs to self-balancing multi-stage pump is a segmented horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump with single or double suction, with the suction inlet that can be oriented vertically upwards or horizontally, and the outlet oriented vertically upwards. It is mainly composed of: water inlet section, middle section, water outlet section, secondary water inlet section, front guide vanes, rear guide vanes, front impellers, rear impellers, shaft, throttler, pressure reduction device, check sleeve, bearing body, transition tube, and other parts; the middle section is connected to the inlet and outlet sections by high-strength bolts; the sealing surfaces between the inlet, middle, and outlet sections use hard metal seals lubricated with molybdenum disulfide grease; the rotor is composed of the front impeller mounted on the shaft, the pressure reduction device, the rear impeller, the shaft sleeve, the bearing check sleeve, and other parts; the bearing uses a "fixed-moving" dry lubrication structure, with cylindrical roller bearings at the drive end and angular contact ball bearings at the opposite end; the working chamber of the pump is formed by the inlet section, middle section, outlet section, secondary inlet section, front and rear guide vanes, and the transition tube.

Between the rotating part and the fixed part of the DFP type horizontal multi-stage self-balancing chemical centrifugal pump, there are sealing rings and guide vane sleeves for sealing. When the wear of these rings and sleeves affects the performance of the pump, they must be replaced in time;
The shaft seal can be mechanical or packing. When the pump uses packing seal, the placement of the packing ring must be correct and the tension must be adequate to allow the liquid to leak drop by drop. The various sealing elements of the pump are installed in the sealing chamber, where water is introduced at a certain pressure to act as a water seal, cooling, and lubrication. Through the combination of the impeller and guide vanes, as well as an adequate fit and a wide axial throttling design, the high-pressure multi-stage centrifugal pump type ZPD maintains high stability and very high operational efficiency even after prolonged operation.
5. The rotor with symmetrically arranged impeller has an impeller at both ends of the high and low-pressure zones, balancing the axial forces mutually. The instantaneous axial forces during the change of pump conditions and the residual axial forces caused by machining errors and helical seals are supported by the bearing thrust load mechanism. This type of pump eliminates the balance disk or drum for axial balance, completely avoiding instantaneous failures of the balance disk or drum that could cause rotor locking, part damage, shaft breakage, or even motor burning.
Safe sealing design of the pump casing. Depending on different pressures and structures, the casing uses hard metal-to-metal seals or O-ring seals. According to user requirements, intermediate take-offs and minimum flow systems can be added. The pump allows changing bearings and seals without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipes.
6. Good performance against cavitation. It uses an excellent hydraulic model of the impeller or a special double suction impeller structure, so the user does not need to install an additional pre-pump or raise the height of the inlet tank.

The DFP type stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump uses a symmetrical arrangement, eliminating the balancing device to practically eliminate axial force; the residual axial force is supported by a pair of angular contact ball bearings mounted back to back. Due to the absence of the balancing device, that is, without losses from friction of the balancing disc or losses from balancing reflux, the pump efficiency improves by between 3% and 14% compared to multistage pumps of the same category. Additionally, by not having a balancing device, the problems caused by failures in the balancing device that lead to wear on the balancing disc and its seat or the jamming of the rotor are completely resolved, significantly extending the pump's service life. Unique and robust structural design. It allows the pump to reach a manometric height per stage of up to 1.5 Mpa (150 m), with an outlet pressure of up to 15 Mpa (total height of 1500 m), and also ensures that the core assembly formed by the bearing and rotor is not affected by temperature changes, offering excellent thermal shock resistance.
