The high-pressure three-plunger pumps designed and manufactured by Zhonglian Pump Industry are all horizontal, being more stable, with less vibration, and easier to assemble, disassemble, and maintain than vertical ones. The three-cylinder pump has a uniform flow and reduced pressure pulsation. All pumps are designed for continuous operation. The technical requirements of the pump comply with GB9234 "Technical conditions for motor-driven reciprocating pumps" and the test methods comply with GB7784 "Test methods for motor-driven reciprocating pumps." The pump is designed and manufactured for a service life of 20 years. It features characteristics such as compact structure, flexible operation, easy handling, stable inlet and outlet pressure, long service life, high efficiency, and wide range of use.
Main features of the 3P series horizontal high-pressure plunger pump
1. Driving part (see figure 2-1)
The driving end is entirely a closed-box casting structure, with good rigidity, simple mechanism, and symmetrical design. According to the lubrication method, it is divided into splash lubrication and pressure lubrication; the driving part is driven by an electric motor or diesel engine through a pulley or gearbox to operate the high-pressure reciprocating pump. The rubber triangular belt uses a new narrow V-belt, the crankcase has an oil reservoir at the bottom to store lubricant, which lubricates by splash during the reciprocating movement of the crankshaft and connecting rod. The crankshaft ends use roller bearings, the big end of the connecting rod has thin-walled bearings, the small end uses tin bronze bushings, the cross pin and cross hole have dynamic fit, and the intermediate rod is sealed with a rubber ring with a frame structure to prevent lubricant leakage at the driving end. The plunger surface is treated with a special spraying process, the sealing packing uses packings made of new carbon fibers, adjusted by a pressure nut.
2. Hydraulic part (see figure 2-2)
The pump body material is selected according to the user's need to transport various high-pressure liquids, using forged carbon alloy steel, stainless steel, etc. The inlet and outlet valves use flat, conical, or ball valves, made of high-quality stainless steel. The main components such as valve seat, valve core, valve sleeve, and seal body are all made of stainless steel.
3. The structure of the hydraulic end varies according to the transported medium, flow, and pressure, with the following forms:
A. For pumps with pressure below 25 MPa and small flow. Features: the inlet and outlet valves are identical and interchangeable, simple mechanism, few sealing surfaces, it is the most common hydraulic end structure.
B. For pumps with pressure below 25 MPa and small flow. Features: when disassembling the inlet valve, it is not necessary to disassemble the outlet valve, but the pump head weight increases, and the flanges and sealing surfaces are more than in structure A.
C. For pumps with pressure below 25 MPa and medium flow. Features: the inlet and outlet manifold is separated from the pump head, which reduces the head weight but increases the sealing surfaces.
D. For pumps with pressure below 25 MPa and large flow. Features: the inlet and outlet valves are very easy to assemble and disassemble, the pump head is modular type.
E. For pumps with pressure above 25 MPa. Features: uses combined valves to effectively prevent cracking of the pump head.
