    The DG type high-pressure boiler water pump is a horizontal single-suction multistage centrifugal pump, suitable for transporting clean water with a temperature from -20 to 280 °C, or non-corrosive liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The maximum head can reach 1800 meters, with a wide performance range, high operational efficiency, and long service life. It is a widely used boiler water pump in the market. This pump replaces the old GC type boiler water pump, adopting a horizontal multistage structure, stable operation, and easy installation and maintenance. The multistage boiler water pump is one of the important pumps in power plants and heating systems. Its function is to increase the pressure of the feed water at a certain temperature and deoxygenated from the deaerator storage tank to send it to the boiler, ensuring that the liquid level in the boiler is maintained at the required technical height. Therefore, the boiler water pump must operate continuously, as it directly affects the safety of the boiler equipment.     The DG type multistage boiler water pump is an efficient and energy-saving product specially designed for the renovation and modernization of new series of industrial steam boilers. It is not only suitable for medium and low-pressure boilers but also for factories and cities with high water transport. Additionally, by changing materials, sealing types, and adding cooling systems, it can transport hot water, petroleum products, corrosive media, etc. It is widely used in petrochemicals, hot water circulation, environmental industry, pure water transport, and other sectors. The boiler water pump casing can be axially disassembled along the shaft line. The DG type pump inlet is oriented vertically upward, the outlet also vertically upward and perpendicular to the shaft. From the drive side, the pump rotation direction is clockwise, although it can also be manufactured to rotate counterclockwise according to user needs. Users can request special requirements or customizations when ordering.

    It adopts the D type multistage centrifugal pump structure, divided into five parts: static part, rotating part, sealing part, bearing part, and balancing part.

    　　1. Static part:

    　　The DG type multistage boiler water pump consists of the pump body (inlet and outlet sections, middle section), guide vanes, etc., fixed with rods and screws, forming a sealed working chamber.

    　　2. Rotating part:

    　　Composed of shaft, impeller, shaft sleeve, and balancing disc device. The shaft transmits motion to rotate the impeller and generate centrifugal force, driving the medium flow.

    　　3. Bearing part:

    　　The DG type multistage boiler water pump consists of the bearing housing, bearings, and bearing cover. The bearings support the shaft and ensure its stable and normal operation.

    　　4. Sealing part:

    　　The DG type high-pressure boiler pump uses packing seal and mechanical seal. Packing seal is mainly used where leakage requirements are not strict or when the medium contains solid particles. Mechanical seal is suitable for high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive conditions with strict leakage requirements. Both seals ensure tightness at both ends of the pump, preventing medium leakage and ensuring the pump body’s sealing.

    5. Balancing part:

    Because the impeller cover plates of the DG type multistage boiler water pump have different axial pressure areas in front and behind, an axial force is generated which is eliminated by the balancing device. The balancing device inside the pump consists of balancing disc, balancing ring, and balancing sleeve. The pump’s balancing chamber is connected through the discharge section (outlet section), packing seal body (rear cover), and balancing tube with the suction section (inlet section). The balancing tube must not be blocked under any circumstances, and the amount of balancing water inside the tube can be adjusted by a valve.

Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used.     There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
