This series uses hydraulic models recommended by the state, developed according to API610 standards, with advantages such as high energy efficiency, wide performance range, reasonable structure, good cavitation resistance, safe and stable operation, low noise, few wear parts, and easy installation and maintenance. It holds an advanced technical position in the industry and has been widely applied in mine drainage projects and mining enterprises.

The corrosion-resistant high-pressure mining pump type (M)DFP is a self-balancing multistage centrifugal pump for mining. It innovated the traditional structure of multistage centrifugal pumps for mining by eliminating the axial force balance device of common multistage pumps and uses the mutual cancellation of forces from symmetrically arranged impeller rotors to balance axial force, effectively solving axial displacement. During operation, there is no efficiency loss caused by friction of the balance disk or reflux, increasing efficiency by 3-12% compared to similar common multistage pumps. Additionally, it completely eliminates failures such as wear or blockage of the balance disk and seat caused by balance device failures, significantly extending the pump's service life. After years of user operation, it has been proven that the corrosion-resistant self-balancing DFP pump manufactured by our company greatly improves reliability and efficiency compared to traditional multistage centrifugal mining pumps, increasing fault-free operation time more than threefold and effectively extending service life. This not only directly saves production costs for users but also significantly reduces operation and maintenance costs. The corrosion-resistant self-balancing multistage pump type DFP is a model in the series of self-balancing multistage pumps for transporting corrosive media, classified as a corrosion-resistant pump. It has advantages such as uniform flow, simple structure, wide flow and head range, and easy maintenance. It can be used to transport corrosive slurries, various acids and alkalis in hydrometallurgy, as well as seawater for desalination. Corrosion-resistant high-pressure mining pump type (M)DFP Scope of application

It is used to transport corrosive liquids without solid particles, with temperatures from -20 to 105℃. The corrosion-resistant high-pressure mining pump (M)DFP has support at both ends, the casing is segmented, and the pump transmission is connected to the motor via a pin-type elastic coupling. Pump rotation direction: viewed from the drive end, the pump rotates clockwise.

1. Stator part

Mainly composed of the suction section (water inlet), middle section, discharge section (water outlet), guide vanes, secondary water inlet section, packing body (rear cover), and Bearing and other parts connected together by tension bolts. From the coupling end, the pump inlet is oriented horizontally to the right and the outlet vertically upwards.

2. Rotor part

Mainly composed of shaft, impeller, shaft constriction components, bearings, and sleeves.

3. Pump sealing

3.1 The static joint surfaces between the suction section (water inlet), middle section, discharge section (water outlet), and secondary water inlet section are sealed with sealing adhesive or molybdenum disulfide.

3.2 Throttling sealing is used between the pump stages.

3.3 Shaft seals on both sides of the pump use soft packing.

3.4 A water retention ring is used to prevent water from entering the bearings.

4. Bearing part

The complete pump rotor is supported by a cylindrical roller bearing "GB/T283-94" at the drive end and an angular contact ball bearing "GB/T292-94" at the opposite end. Bearings are lubricated with mechanical oil CD30 or CD40 up to the center of the oil sight glass. Due to the use of the angular contact ball bearing "GB/T292-94", the assembled rotor has no axial displacement.

　　The shaft of the corrosion-resistant high-pressure mining pump for mining, driven by the motor, rotates the impeller, performing work on the liquid and increasing its rotational energy at high speed. Thus, the required amount of liquid passes successively from the suction pool through the pump inlet section, direct impeller, direct guide vanes, middle section, horizontal outlet, transition tube, secondary inlet section, reverse impeller, reverse guide vanes, to the vertical outlet, and then discharges to the demand point.

Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

What information should I provide when I need a quote?

Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

What is your usual delivery time?
