    FSB fluoroplastic centrifugal pump, abbreviated as "FSB lined fluoroplastic centrifugal pump," is designed according to international standards. The pump body uses a metal shell lined with perfluoroalkoxy (F46). The pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are all made with metal inserts coated with fluoroplastic and integrally sintered and pressed.     Product Overview

    The FSB series fluoroplastic centrifugal pump is manufactured using special pump processing technology. The pump body uses a metal shell lined with perfluoroethylene propylene (F46), and the impeller and pump cover are made of metal inserts wrapped with fluoroplastic through high-temperature molding. The seal uses an adjustable PTFE bellows mechanical seal. This series is divided into long bracket and short bracket structural forms. The stationary ring is made of 99% alumina ceramic or silicon nitride, and the rotating ring uses PTFE-filled material, which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. It features reasonable design, strong corrosion resistance, compact structure, simple operation, and easy maintenance.

    Application Range of FSB Fluoroplastic Chemical Pump

            Pickling and painting processes in automobile manufacturing; electrolyte transfer in non-ferrous metal smelting; chlorine water, wastewater treatment, and acid addition processes in ion membrane caustic soda projects. Suitable for conveying strongly corrosive media under harsh conditions such as any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidants, organic solvents, and reducing agents. It is currently one of the important corrosion-resistant equipment.

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details.     There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
