    Product Description   

    The YZ type submersible slurry pump is a single-stage, single-suction vertical centrifugal pump with a cantilever structure, developed and manufactured by Hunan Lishengde Pump Industry, a slurry pump manufacturer. The impeller is semi-open and has stirring blades at the impeller inlet. These pumps are mainly used in environmental protection, municipal engineering, thermal power plants, coke gasification plants, refineries, steel mills, mining, paper industry, cement factories, food industry, dyeing factories, and other sectors to pump concentrated liquids, thick oil, oil residues, turbid liquids, sludges, slurries, fluidized sands, and urban drainage sludges, as well as liquids containing ash and coal residues. They can also be used in the chemical industry to pump fluids with sand and residues, as well as corrosive liquids. An additional advantage is that the YZ type vertical slurry pump can transport high-temperature sludges (480℃) such as kerosene, crude oil, asphalt, and oil residues.

     

     
    Features of the YZ Type Submersible Slurry Pump Product 

    The YZ type submersible slurry pump has a vertical structure, single-stage, and single-suction cantilever design, with the pump hydraulic body connected through the bearing bracket, support bracket, and connecting tube. The liquid is discharged through the outlet pipe component. The pump impeller is semi-open and has stirring blades at the impeller blade inlet. The main feature of the YZ type submersible slurry pump is that the pump shaft in the submerged part has sufficient rigidity, there are no bearings between the impeller and the pump casing, no shaft seal is used, and it can transport media with a high concentration of solid particles. The suction length under the liquid is between 800 and 2000 mm, and if necessary, it can be equipped with a suction tube. The shaft seal is not used because the submersible pump operates within the liquid; transmission is carried out by a vertical motor installed on the motor bracket and support bracket, connected to the pump via a coupling.

    Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard custom products with many models and a wide price range. Even for the same model, the price varies greatly depending on the materials and configurations used. Taking the most common pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clearly confirm the relevant information to provide you with an accurate price. Normally, if you provide comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.

    What information should I provide when I need a quote?

    Usually, if you want to get an accurate quote, it is recommended that you provide us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage, frequency, temperature of the conveyed liquid, pH value, solid particle content, on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), and other related details. If you are not very familiar with these, it’s okay; our sales manager will assist you in determining them.

    Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

    There are many models and configurations of centrifugal pumps. Except for a small number of commonly used standard models that are in stock, the vast majority of models and configurations are not stocked and are customized products. We need to first select the pump based on your site conditions such as flow rate, head, medium temperature, pH value, and installation conditions. After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.

    What is your usual delivery time?
