    　　The vertical hot water booster pump for pipes type DLR is a vertical centrifugal pump, single suction, multistage, and segmented. Because it uses the IS pump hydraulic model, an efficient and energy-saving product recommended nationally, the DLR type pump has high efficiency and a wide performance range, better meeting usage requirements. Regarding its structure, it adopts a vertical and segmented form, ensuring safe, stable operation, a long service life, occupies little space, and facilitates installation and maintenance. This pump is equipped with a 4-pole motor, with a speed of 1450 rpm. It can also be equipped with a 2-pole motor, with a speed of 2900 rpm. It is suitable for water supply in cities and centralized heating systems. It is used to transport clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The DL type pump transports media with a temperature below 80°C, while the DLR type pump transports media with a temperature below 150°C.

    　　The DLR hot water pump has a vertical segmented multistage structure. The water inlet segment, middle segment, and outlet segment are firmly connected with bolts. Each pump stage is equipped with an impeller and a water guide. The axial force of the pump is balanced by a balancing method, and the residual axial force is supported by a grease-lubricated ball bearing. The shaft seal can be a soft packing or mechanical seal.
    The DLR pump transmission is driven by a vertical motor through an elastic coupling. From the motor end downward, the pump rotates clockwise. The suction inlet is at the bottom and the outlet at the top. The relative position of the inlet and outlet is factory-assembled at a 180° angle (inlet and outlet on the same axial line). However, the user can rotate the outlet segment 90°, 180°, 270°, or other four directions according to the actual installation situation. It is only necessary to remove the tightening bolts to adjust the outlet installation position.

After determining the pump model and configuration, we can then place an order with the workshop for production.
